Sergio Zubia
1961-2026

Sergio Zubia passed away on March 31, 2026. He is predeceased by his father Porfirio and mother Lugarda Zubia, and brothers Hector, Cristobal, and Raul. He grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Riverside High School. Sergio was a wonderful, hard-working, caring man with a heart of gold. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather.

Sergio worked in the automotive industry for 40 years, where he met his wife and married in 1989 and later had 2 sons. He built a good life for his family, took them on trips, showered them with gifts and never asked for anything in return. Everybody’s happiness and love is all he wanted and it was happily given.

He is survived by his wife Teresa; his sons Erik and Cristian; and granddaughter Madeleine, along with his many brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. His pride and joy was his granddaughter, whom he loved and adored. He will be deeply missed by the many family and friends who knew and loved him.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd., Webster, Texas 77598. A Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m.
