Judith Love Young

Judith Love (Schoellkopf)Young, 83, of Clear Lake Shores, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 while home with her husband and dog.

Judy was born Judith love Kirby, (BOI) December 16 , 1942 in Galveston Texas to Marcus and Segrid Kirby.

Judy was a devout Christian, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She worked for Webster Police Dept. Adm., served as a Deputy Court Clerk, Webster, Texas State Senate Adm., Paralegal for law firm, and owned and operated Selective Stables with Frank.

She dearly loved her Family, Horses, and Pets, most recent her Dog Milo. Judy cherished time with husband Charlie, they played scrabble most days , spent time in yard, neighborhood and reading her bible.

As a young girl she lived in League City , moved to Houston met and married Frank C Schoellkopf, moved to Clear Lake Shores. In 1991 after many years of marriage she was predeceased by Frank. Judy later married Charles “Charlie” Young and have resided in Clear Lake Shores. They were married for 33 years.

She is preceded by, Husband Frank C. Schoellkopf Jr.

Survived by her husband, Charles Young; her Son’s Frank C. “Trey” Schoellkopf & wife Bonnie, Shawn Schoellkopf & wife Michelle; her step son, Chuck Young & wife Erika; step daughter, Dawn Ince; her grandchildren, John Schoellkopf & wife Destiny, Heidi Schoellkopf & wife Natalie, Shaina Walthall, Keegan Schoellkopf, Corinne Allen, Shellie Callaway & Husband Rob, Michael Franklin, & Ethan Ince; Great Grand Children, Preston, Ava, & Austin; brother Marcus, L. Kirby “Chip” wife Anne; and Nieces and Nephews in the in the states and abroad.

Grave Side Service will be at 12:30 on Monday April 6th at 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster Texas.
