Frank Francis Sloan, Jr., 75, a resident of Brookside, TX, previously of Pasadena, TX, passed away on October 31st, 2025. He was born on December 26th, 1949, to Mary and Frank Francis Sloan, Sr., in Brownsville, TX. Frank served his country proudly in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and worked in maintenance at a refinery for Atlantic Richfield.

Frank Francis Sloan, Jr., is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Frank Francis Sloan, Sr., and his brother, Patrick Sloan.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kathy Sloan; sons Frank Francis Sloan III and Garth Lamont Sloan; his sister, Mary Katherine; his three grandchildren, Christian, Lucas, and Sophia; and his great-grandchild, Sawyer.
