Helen Patricia Stowe, 96, of Dickinson, passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 in Dickinson. Helen was born December 31, 1928, in Houston, Texas, to Floyd and Ouida Patterson. Helen worked as an Insurance Manager. She was preceded in death by her parents.  Services will be at 1:00pm Monday, September 29, 2025, at Congregation Beth Jacob Synagogue, 2401 Ave K, Galveston, with Rabbi Shlomo Hamo officiating.  Interment will follow at the Congregation Beth Jacob Cemetery, Galveston.
