Annette Blaylock Billiot of Texas City passed away of Monday, September 15, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born in Marked Tree, Arkansas on February 19, 1945 to Eual Woodrow and Jimmie Avis Rogers Blaylock.

She is preceded in death by her husband Antoine “Sam” Billiot; her parents, Eual Woodrow Blaylock, Jimmie Candia and step father Joe, Candia; sister, Carolyn Mitchell, Wesley Wayne “Bud” Blaylock, Sr.

Survivors include her daughter, Belinda Tyler and son in-law, Mark Tyler; son, Joseph Munoz, Sr.; sisters, Peggy Davis and husband Charles Davis, and Beverly Blaylock; grandchildren, Ashley Munoz, Britni Munoz, Joseph Munoz, Jr.; great grandchildren; Jayse Conway, Jayla Conway, Zaelen Munoz, Deloni Munoz, and Sophia Munoz; great grandchild, A’lani Tuner; numerous nephews, nieces, family members and friends.

Annette was a lifetime resident of La Marque and retired from UTMB as a LVN Nurse. She was a member of the Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

A visitation will be on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 9:00am to 10:00am at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque, TX.  A committal service will follow at 10:30am at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, TX.

Pallbearers will be Ben Daniel, Eric Davis, Wayne Blaylock, James Blaylock. Kyle Mitchell, and Jeremy Jeansome, Sr.
