Juana Maria Martinez, Age 65, of  Houston, Texas, passed away on May 6, 2025. She was born on August 12, 1959 to Juan Romo and Maria Teresa Rodriguez Aguilar in Matamoros, Mexico. Juana worked as a seamstress for many years . She also did charity work for breast cancer awareness with Zumba at the Toyota Center.

Juana is preceded in death by her parents Juan and Maria and her son, Francisco Javier Mora Jr.

Juana is survived by her husband of 30 years Rolando Ortiz Martinez, her daughters Manuela Mora and Joaquin Moreno, Sora Eliana Berg and John Berg, Alva Alvear and Arthur Andrus Jr., Jennifer Martinez and her son, Juan Morales. Her 8 siblings; Patricia, Eloisa, Adriana, Teresa, Clemencia, Dolores and Jose, Raymundo.

Juana had 14 grandchildren; Nelly Reyes, Samantha Mora, Marcos Villegas, Jasmine Villegas, Nicholas Villegas, Angela Villegas, Dylan Berg, Conor Berg, Leonardo Rodriguez, Francisco Javier Mora III, Luis Angel Mora, Miguel Alejandro Mora, Jose Armando Mora and Annabelle Morales.

Juana also has 11 great grandchildren. Nathaniel and Sebastian Reyes, Saline and Lillian Mora, Niomie and Angel Mora Jr, Jose Armando Mora Jr, Luna Villegas, Cela Villegas and Geo Villegas and Sienna Lilian Berg.

Visitation will be Saturday May 17, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M., with a Service at 5:00 P.M. at Crowder Funeral Home 2422 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581
