Lewis R. “Louie” Harris

harris, lewis 14 picLewis R. “Louie” Harris, 79 of Pasadena passed away November 2, 2014 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1935 in Galveston, Texas to Lewis and Helen Harris.
He was a resident of Pasadena for the past five years, lived in Deer Park for ten years and was formerly from La Marque.
Lewis was a Veteran in the US Army. He worked as an operator for Marathon Oil for 25 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pasadena, La Marque VFW #8248 and he loved woodworking and working in his rose garden.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors are his wife Gloria Joan Luczkowski Harris; daughters, Jennifer Henry, Tina Lombardo and Michelle Zinante; son Mark Zinante; sister, Carolyn Hamilton; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 11:00am – 1:00pm at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque, Texas. Funeral Service will be at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the funeral home with Dr. Jon Redmond officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.

    Our grandsons loved going to their shop, it was always a great adventure. He lead us on adventures of our own garage sales and shopping.
