Timothy John Patak

Patak PhotoTimothy John Patak passed away at the age of 57 on Monday, June 29, 2015 at his home in Kemah, Texas surrounded by his family. He was born on November 2, 1957 in Flushing, New York to Edward and Margaret Patak.

Tim was passionate in everything he did. He was a proud business owner, an avid fisherman and well on his way to becoming a scratch golfer. From set building for his daughter’s ballet performances to coaching his son’s sports teams, Tim’s family meant everything to him. In both his professional and personal life, Tim was a builder and a giver. His ingenuity and generosity was felt throughout the community. Whether Tim was perfecting his latest project on Highway 96 or lending a helping hand to a friend in need, he dedicated his time and energy to others and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children Erin Patak, Megan Smith and husband Chad, Lee Patak, wife Robin Patak, sister Annmarie Curle and husband Tom, brothers John Patak and wife Louisa, Michael Patak and wife Cary, Edward Patak and many other loving family and friends. The Family will receive friends on Friday at 4:00pm with a Celebration of Life Ceremony at 5 o’clock at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.
