  1. Mom, thank you for being there for me all through my life. I thank the Lord for giving me the 60 years that I had with you. I will always remember the smell of your clothes and hair and it will bring back great memories of you. You were my leaning tree when I needed to talk or cry or just needed hugs and sometimes fussed at. You were always there. Now I have to figure it all out myself. You were a great Mom and a great grandma to my kids. I love you and will miss you. I went to the cemetery the other day to talk to Dad and told him that when I come back I will be talking to both of you from now on. I love you Mom.

  2. Peggy, you will always be the best friend I ever had. You were my friend but a mom in so many ways. You would listen when I needed to talk and fuss at me if you thought I did something wrong. I miss our late night talks sometimes crying other times laughing.. You will always be on my mind and in my heart. I love you

  4. I actually picked up the phone to call you on my way to work the other day.I am gonna miss our visits, our talks and all our laughs.I was always so proud of your determination to be independent and strong as long as you could, you never gave up. Even at the end, you were independent with your choices and what you wanted. As hard as it was, we all supported you because we love you so much.I cry when I miss you but I smile when I think of how lucky I was to have you for 37 years of my life.
