Dylan Lewis Foster

Dylan Lewis Foster, 25, of Santa Fe, passed away, Wednesday, April 19, 2017, from injuries sustained in a pedestrian / car accident, in Hitchcock, on FM 2004. Dylan was born January 30, 1992, at Mainland Hospital, in Texas City, to Shelly Lauzon and Ted Foster, Jr., of Santa Fe.  He lived in La Marque until the age of six when the family moved to Santa Fe. He graduated from Santa Fe High School, in 2010. After high school, Dylan attended COM. He had a natural talent for music and was a computer wiz. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his relatives in Oklahoma. At home he loved to garden and spend time with his family and friends, hanging out by the fire, watching Law & Order Marathons. He had worked at NTB and Walmart, in the automotive department. He also worked as a cook at Sonic.  Dylan left us too soon. He will be greatly missed. Dylan was preceded in death by Francine (Nanny) Lauzon Farmer, Helen Foster (Granny Helen), Josephine Lauzon (Maw Maw) .  He is survived by his parents; four grandparents: Chubby and Margaret Lauzon of La Marque, Ted L Foster, Sr. of Blanchard, Oklahoma and Mary Ann Webb of Blanchard; one daughter: Hollie Renee Foster of Santa Fe; one step-daughter: Taylor Ann Duncan of Santa Fe; one sister: Shelby Renee Foster of Santa Fe; one brother: Tristan Ty Foster of Santa Fe; Aunts and Uncles: Gorden and Jamie Romine, Denise and Todd Anderson, and Terry Wayne Foster; Great Aunt and Uncle  Mary Margaret Lauzon Moreland and Jerry Moreland;  numerous cousins, friends and other family members. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, April 24, 2017, at James Crowder Funeral Home, La Marque. A service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at the funeral home, with Father Bob Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, Hitchcock, Texas.  Pallbearers will include Andrew Yeamans, John Norris, Justin Dawson, Ryan Hunter, Skyler Foster, Tristan Foster and Zachary James Burks.
