Barbara Lee (Bobby) Fox

UntitledBarbara Lee (Bobby) Fox passed away quietly, Monday December 7, 2015. Born May 9, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan, Bobby settled in the community of Clear Lake Forest, in Texas with her husband and 6 children in 1968. Bobby was preceded in death by her husband Albert Roland Fox, Sr. , parents William and Olga Lee, and sister Dorothy Zimdar. Bobby was involved in the Clear Lake community as a business owner, a volunteer member of the Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corp, and the manager of the Clear Lake Forest community swimming pool complex. She retired to Lake Livingston where she took up golf, enjoyed fishing, and serving the local community of Cold Spring.
Bobby is survived by her son Al Fox and wife Tracey of Dallas, daughter Lynn De Rousse and husband Carey of Kemah, son David Fox and wife Marcia of Missouri City, son Danny Fox and wife Theresa of La Porte, son Bill Fox and wife Cindy of Claremont, California, and son Doug Fox of Humble. Also surviving her are 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Box 818 Cold Spring, TX 77331. A memorial celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at the Clear Lake Shores Club House 931 Cedar Rd, Clear Lake Shores, TX 77565 on Sunday December 13th at 1:30pm.

  2. My heart and prayers go out to Bobby’s family. Rest In Peace Bobby, I will miss you. I thank you God for the years you gave this beautiful woman to everyone here on earth. Heaven has the best medics and beautiful women in the world now. I know my mom, Dee, Patti and Carol helped welcome you in heaven with open arms. To the family of Bobby remember she is not gone from you as long as you remember her in your hearts.

  3. What a loss for us as mortal men and woman but a huge gain for Heaven. How many lives were saved either by her own hands or by the hands of those she so graciously mentored? Go rest in peace Bobbie, your work here is done and thank you for being there. Tell Mom, Carol and Patti hello and try to keep it below a dull roar as you celebrate.
