Teresa
Hillmon - Funeral Director
Teresa Hillmon was born and
raised in
Memphis,
Tennessee.
She always had a desire to see
Texas,
and moved to the Houston
area in 1979. She is a resident of Friendswood. She began her career in
1994 working at the corporate office of Service Corporation
International, as an account payables clerk. She had a deep desire,
after losing many family members of her own within a short period of
time, to one day becoming a licensed funeral director and helping others
in their time of need. Teresa graduated with Honors and Distinction from
Commonwealth Institute of Mortuary Science in 2000 with an Associate Of
Applied Science Degree in Funeral Service.
She is a
member of Kenyon International Emergency Services, a worldwide disaster
management company. Teresa began working at Crowder Funeral Home in
Dickinson, in 2007.
She enjoys helping others at a very difficult time in their lives, and
is a very caring and compassionate person.
She
enjoys spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Her
hobbies are singing, softball, and bowling.
